Senior Solutions Consultant - German speaking Location - Dublin Employment type - Full time, Permanent, Hybrid My client, a technology workforce that provides an online learning platform to improve technology skills, is looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant, to serve as a trusted technical advisor, partnering with Sales and Customer Success to solve complex customer challenges.
This role will be responsible for designing and presenting solutions that align with customer needs, articulate product value, and support account growth and retention across the EMEA region.
This role requires A technical expert who supports sales teams and delivers customer value.
A consultative, collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Passionate about lifelong learning and promoting skill development.
Able to simplify complex technical topics for various audiences.
Key Responsibilities Customer Advisory: Build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
Pre-Sales Support: Deliver product demos, run proof-of-concepts, and support RFP/RFI responses.
Solution Design: Align product capabilities with customer requirements, ensuring successful integration into their ecosystem.
Account Growth: Identify upsell opportunities, promote feature adoption, and support renewal strategies.
Internal Collaboration: Work with product and professional services teams to drive customer success.
Skills and qualifications Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Consulting, Technical Account Management, Professional Services).
Degree in a technical subject area such as Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong understanding of APIs (Graph QL is a plus).
Familiarity with generative AI and learning platforms is a bonus.
Excellent communication and time management skills; comfortable working autonomously.
