Financial Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our team in a part-time capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of managing a best-in-class finance function, providing strong commercial input into day-to-day operational support, and directly influencing the achievement of business strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and further develop a small, high-performance accounting and admin team.
* Directly influence the achievement of business strategic goals through provision of KPI reporting, P&L by store and region, and specific brand performance analysis.
* Provide strong commercial input into day-to-day operational support.
Requirements:
* Qualified Accountant with minimum 5 years PQE.
* Experience of managing a small team and retail experience is highly desirable.
* Systems and IT savvy, knowledge of EPOS systems and e-commerce is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills at all levels within a company, both written and verbal.
