Become part of our SWARCO team as a Warehouse Manager in Dublin. At the forefront of intelligent traffic management, we design and deliver innovative solutions that keep people moving safely and efficiently across the UK and Ireland.
What you will do
Ensure the sourcing and ordering of materials and stock, maximising equipment availability by maintaining calibration and repair processes.
Manage the receipt, internal movement, and dispatch of materials within the warehouse, ensuring accurate documentation and system updates.
Maintain relevant stock levels of all associated equipment, adhering to minimum and maximum holding expectations.
Ensure that all equipment is maintained and calibrated in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions or SWARCO policy.
Execute all duties within the wider Zero-Harm environment, taking into account COSHH and Health and Safety guidelines.
Provide a first‑class materials supply and availability reporting service to the service centre, including coordination, quality, and commercial awareness.
Work in accordance with Quality, Environmental, Security and Health & Safety requirements, including ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27001, and local working instructions/site inductions.
Profile
What we are looking for
Previous stores/stock control experience using a stock control system or software.
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English, Maths & Science.
Full and clean driver’s licence – a forklift licence is essential.
An organised and trustworthy person with a customer‑focused attitude.
Able to work flexible hours when required.
