My client, a top specialist contractor based in Co. Derry delivering high-quality interior fit-out solutions across Ireland and the UK are now searching for a Drylining Foreman for projects in Dublin.

The Drylining Foreman will be responsible for supervising and coordinating site teams to ensure the successful delivery of drylining and ceiling systems on projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple trades on site.
Site Supervision & Management
Supervise and coordinate drylining operatives and subcontractors on site
Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications, and programme
Monitor productivity and maintain workflow efficiency
Technical Oversight
Oversee installation of dry wall systems and partitions
Glass partitions
Suspended ceilings (MF & grid systems)
Insulation and SFS infill systems
Drylining and plastering finishes
Interpret technical drawings and ensure accurate setting out
Health & Safety
Enforce strict adherence to health & safety regulations
Conduct regular site safety checks and toolbox talks
Ensure all operatives follow company and site procedures
Quality Control
Maintain high workmanship standards across all installations
Identify and rectify defects promptly
Ensure works meet client expectations and industry standards
Planning & Coordination
Liaise with Site Managers, Contracts Managers, and other trades
Assist with project planning and scheduling
Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available when required
Reporting
Provide regular updates on progress, issues, and labour requirements
Maintain site records, including daily reports and timesheets
Requirements
Proven experience in a Drylining Foreman or Supervisor role
Strong knowledge of drylining systems, partitioning & ceiling systems, SFS infill and insulation
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
Full UK/ROI driving licence
Willingness to travel across Ireland & the UK
Package
€28 – €32 per hour rate DOE
