What you need to know
Our client located in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath is looking to hire an Office Operations Manager to join their team. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day operations, supporting service delivery, driving process improvements, and ensuring operational excellence across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee internal office operations and administrative functions.
Work with technical teams and senior leadership to optimise workflows and improve performance.
Implement operational improvements and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved.
Support client project delivery, operational initiatives, and maintain service quality.
Coordinate office logistics, facilities management, team scheduling, HR administration, procurement, budget management, and compliance (GDPR, Health & Safety).
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in office/operations management.
3rd level qualification in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
Experience in accounts, finance, costings, or budgeting.
Strong people management experience leading teams.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment with strong commercial awareness.
