This position is dedicated specifically to supporting the Cruises Department. The ideal candidate will have experience in cruise planning and/or cruise administration and will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, client interactions, and sales support activities within this growing travel segment.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for cruise-related inquiries and client supportLiaise directly with the Head of Cruises on departmental updates and reportingFinalise bookings and manage all administrative aspects of cruise travel arrangementsDeliver excellent customer service, responding promptly and professionally to client queriesProvide accurate and detailed cruise product information to prospective customersCollaborate with destination partners to ensure seamless delivery of cruise and ground servicesProcess passenger details and documentation in advance of travelPrepare sample itineraries, quotes, and proposals in collaboration with Sales and MarketingSupport sales and promotional campaigns related to cruise travelMaintain accurate records and assist colleagues in a timely and cooperative mannerRequirements:Proven experience in cruise travel planning, cruise booking, or cruise-related administrationStrong administrative and communication skillsA passion for delivering excellent customer serviceStrong product knowledge of European and international cruise destinationsAbility to prioritise tasks and respond effectively in a fast-paced environmentSolid time management and organisational skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamProficiency in MS Office and reservation systemsThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about the cruise travel sector and is looking to grow within a supportive and professional environment.
