These systems include UHP (Ultra High Purity) gas lines as well as UPW (Ultra-Pure Water) systems. Hands on troubleshooting is part of the work performed. Testing is mainly conducted in clean-room and manufacturing type settings.Key Responsibilities:Test for leaks and impurities in process pipe systems; including UHP (Ultra High Purity) gas lines as well as UPW (Ultra-Pure Water) systemsHands on troubleshooting in clean room and manufacturing type settingsHelium Leak TestingParticle AnalysisMoisture and Oxygen TestingTOC and Water TestingFacilities SupportThird Party Quality Assurance activitiesRequirementsQPosition Requirements:1-2 years' experience in construction, trade, or other hands-on assembly related backgroundPrevious Analytical Testing experience advantageousAbility to use and safely operate hand and power toolsProficiency in measuring and performing basic mathematicsProcess Pipe and tube welding experience is beneficialDesirable:Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification.Experience in regulated environments (e.g., semiconductor, pharma, data centres, or cleanroom projects).Proficiency with digital QA platforms and reporting tools (e.g., EIDA, BIM 360, or similar).Working Conditions:Site-based role with regular inspections in active construction environments.All personnel are required to adhere to site rules and always wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
