This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Plaza The Gresham Dublin as a Senior Chef de Partie. In this role, you will be integral in working with the Head Chef, Sous Chefs and your wider brigade to implement the necessary timely changes to improve menu standards, kitchen operations and team management. The Senior Breakfast Chef de Partie will be responsible to drive and implement positive change as agreed with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs.
What You’ll Do
 * The Senior Chef de Partie should be certified to Level 2 HACCP training with a good knowledge of procedures and regulation.
What We’re Looking For
 * Level 2 HACCP Certification
 * Minimum 2-3 years experience as a chef in a very busy hotel environment
 * Passion for cooking
 * Friendly outgoing personality along with excellent personal presentation
 * Passionate about producing high quality food in a standards driven kitchen
 * Able to tackle every task given to you with the highest levels of enthusiasm
 * Be an excellent team player
 * Be willing to learn
Compensation & Benefits
 * Gross salary: €35,000 per annum paid monthly
 * Annual leave: 20 days per year
