A leading professional services firm based in Dublin 2 is looking for a Senior Bid Executive to join their team on a permanent, part-time basis. This hybrid position is ideal for someone with significant bid and tender process management experience who’s looking to maintain a senior-level role with a more balanced schedule.
About the Role
You’ll take full ownership of the end-to-end bid process, with a strong emphasis on public sector tenders. This is a high-volume role, requiring excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple concurrent bids, and strong attention to detail.
You’ll collaborate with internal departments and senior stakeholders to gather information, draft compelling content, and submit high-quality proposals on time. You will also manage and maintain a central bid library, ensuring reusability and consistency across submissions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple bid processes from start to finish
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to gather input
Write, edit, and tailor content for each submission
Maintain and develop a structured bid content library
Ensure compliance with all public sector tender requirements
Prioritise effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
What We’re Looking For
At least 5 years’ experience in bid writing, ideally in professional services, legal, or financial services
Strong knowledge of public sector bidding processes
Proven ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously
Excellent written communication and time management skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
