This Cork based contractor are known for their presence on commercial, residential and refurbishment projects across the Munster region.
Key Responsibilities Responsibility for the management, coordination and execution of the scope of works for each project, whilst meeting the project objectives set out for EHS, design, technical, quality, programme and commercial.
Coordinate and monitor and review construction drawings, specifications and work requirements.
Allocate and manage resources to ensure that they are available when they are needed throughout the construction projects Manage quality control for the lifecycle of the project and ensure all project documentation is managed correctly Ensure material and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule Prepare reports on Project Management Software Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Legislation Ensure compliance with BC(A)R Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects and key team members of the project team About You Third level qualification in relevant construction discipline 5+ years in a similar role Proven ability to advise clients and design teams on value, risks, and programme Have excellent communication, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills Committed to working as part of a team and progress career development Be motivated, organised and have excellent time management skills Proven ability to lead and manage teams Good knowledge of construction material and processes Be able to multitask with a strong understanding of core manager duties For more information, please get in touch at
