This role requires strong strategic oversight, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of the hospitality sector's unique requirements. You will ensure high standards of production, quality, and service delivery, while driving efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic and operational leadership for the Tallaght Hospitality operations.Oversee linen and textile production processes, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.Develop and implement operational plans, KPIs, and performance monitoring systems.Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Collaborate with sales, logistics, and client services teams to ensure seamless service delivery to hospitality clients.Drive process optimization, waste reduction, and cost-efficiency initiatives across operations.Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.Prepare and manage operational budgets, forecasts, and reports for senior management.Lead change initiatives and implement best practices across the division.Skills & Experience Required:Proven experience in operations management, ideally within hospitality, retail or textile/linen production.Strong understanding of textile/linen production processes and quality standards.Demonstrated ability to provide strategic oversight and operational leadership.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organisational skills.Strong interpersonal and team management skills.Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and operational reporting.Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental compliance in a production environment.Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Join UsAt Elis, we support hospitality providers in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
