Job Description
To support the Disability Services Opportunity Coordinator to provide governance and accountability concerning the funding allocated for all Disability Day Services in HSE South West. This will include the annual allocation for Rehabilitation Training (RT) / School Leavers together with once‑off funding provided to support the delivery of Disability Day Services.
An essential part of the role will involve the management and validation of all Day Service data in respect of all service users in receipt of Disability Day Services and the process for annual intake each year. This position occupies a pivotal role within the HSE South West Disability Day Services Team. It encompasses both managerial and administrative responsibilities.
The post holder will also participate in project work for Disability Day Services as required.

Lead a highly efficient administration team.
Develop, manage and deliver effective programmes of work.
Implement information management and analysis to inform processes, service provision and funding.
