We are seeking an experienced Nurse Specialist to join our Radiology team in Dublin West. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional service.
The role is responsible for the provision of quality nursing services, adhering to established standards and guidelines. As a key member of the frontline team, you will demonstrate strong clinical skills and facilitate effective communication with your peers.
This position requires a collaborative approach to service development, embracing continuous quality improvement and implementing necessary changes to achieve organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* To work as a member of the nursing team on day duty, performing duties allocated by the Clinical Nurse Manager 2;
* To deliver skilled practical care to patients and participate in monitoring individualized patient care plans;
* To ensure safe practice when storing and administering drugs according to local policy and Department of Health/NMBI guidelines;
* To maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation as required by NMBI recommendations;
