We are launching the next cohort of the KPMG Graduate Programme for Autumn 2026. As a graduate based in Dublin, you’ll engage in meaningful work in our Tax Consulting practice on a 3.5-year training contract, with a cohort of fellow graduates working toward associate chartered accountant (ACA) and Chartered Tax Advisor qualifications.

Responsibilities / What you will do
* Be part of the Tax Consulting practice in Dublin on a 3.5-year training contract toward ACA/CTA qualifications.
* Engage in tax advisory work across international and local tax regulations, including involvement in tax policy and interaction with government and stakeholders to shape tax legislation.
* Support finance and business teams with tax transformation and technology initiatives, including use of AI to deliver tax services.
* Collaborate with senior management to review global business models and supply chains; contribute to transfer pricing policy design for major multinationals.
* Participate in cross-functional teams covering M&A advisory, international taxation, and aviation & finance tax advisory capabilities.
* Take part in mentorship and development programs, with exposure to the firm’s performance management and buddy systems.
What you will need
* Current undergraduate student in final year or current master’s student from any discipline (including science, law, business, social sciences).
* Minimum 2.1 in your current university results.
* Demonstrated initiative and/or university involvement.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills for a client-facing role.
