With multiple thriving locations, we are expanding fast and looking for a Chief Operating Officer to oversee day-to-day operations, lead strategic projects, manage budgets, and ensure seamless execution of initiatives from concept to delivery. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring strong commercial acumen, technical savvy, and the ability to translate executive vision into actionable plans.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations and ensure alignment with strategic goals.Implement efficient processes and standards to support scalability.Implement tools and systems that streamline operations and improve consistency across theorganization.Manage operational budgets and monitor performance against cost and efficiency targets.Serve as the CEO's key partner in scaling the business sustainably and efficiently.Own site-level performance and drive margin improvements.Provide accurate reporting and analysis to the Board and support business planning.Drive digital transformation and e-commerce initiatives.Identify operational inefficiencies and drive cost-saving, quality-enhancing solutions.Manage and grow high-performing teams, working closely with HR on talent development.Analyse pricing, occupancy, and customer behaviour to drive revenue optimisation.Support the CEO in development of new revenue streams.Ensure technology systems and platforms meet operational needs.Continuously improve operational processes, controls, and reporting to support ongoing growth.Effectively lead, manage and further develop a team of direct reports.About YouStrategic thinker with strong problem-solving and logical reasoning abilities, with ability to make tough decisions, and foster a culture of accountability and innovation.
