This role is central to client engagement and sales support, working cross-functionally to deliver high-quality marketing materials, manage investor communications, and support key projects.This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in investor relations within a fast growing alternative asset manager.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce and deliver client-facing materials across products and strategiesCoordinate multiple workflows and ensure timely project executionSupport fund launches (marketing materials, data rooms, reporting)Collaborate across teams to improve processes and efficiencyEnsure all materials meet compliance and data accuracy standardsSupport investor communications and respond to client queriesPrepare materials for investor meetings and updatesMaintain the data room, investor portal, and website contentAssist with bespoke marketing presentationsProvide market and investor insights using research platformsSkills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.1–3 years’ experience in Investor Relations or similar within asset management/private marketsStrong project management and multitasking abilityExcellent attention to detail and communication skillsHighly organized, proactive, and solutions-drivenCollaborative team player, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
