As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Practice Executive to join our growing team in Dublin.We are looking to recruit an experienced Practice Executive to join our team in Ireland.The role is versatile and requires a proactive individual with a flexible approach, is process and solution-driven, has excellent attention to detail, an ability to build strong relationships and to remain calm under pressure.The individual will have previous experience in a similar administrative role, demonstrating their flexibility to manage an ever-changing working environment.Diary Management and TravelExcellent levels of competence and judgement in managing diaries and travelMarketing and Business DevelopmentDeveloping and maintaining good knowledge of the stakeholder's key clients, clients and target sectors.Client and Matter Management DutiesProviding information to the stakeholder to help the continued development of the client relationship.Practice Administration/ManagementFinancial efficiencies, such as timely and accurate time recording, billing cycles and credit control processes are upheld. This may include attending work in progress meetings and assisting the processing of pre-bills.Download
