Title: Adjudication Division Grade: Executive Officer (EO) Duration of Contract: minimum of 6 months Key Responsibilities: Provide high quality and responsive administrative, logistical and procedural support within the Adjudication Unit to the Chief Adjudication Officer and Adjudication Officers Assist with the retention of a panel of Adjudication Officers Support the develop of procedures, policies, and internal systems for the Adjudication function including organising for the publication of consultations and finalised guidelines and procedures Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility and carry out any other additional tasks, that may arise Required Experience and Skills: Experience in administrative support roles, preferably within a legal or regulatory environment Strong organisational and logistical skills with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including word processing and spreadsheet management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility and adaptability to handle various tasks and responsibilities Knowledge or interest in competition law or regulatory frameworks (desirable but not essential).
