Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled engineer to travel to customer locations and provide technical support, installation, and training for their equipment.
* Perform installation and start-up of industrial equipment and conduct operator training sessions.
* Identify and resolve technical issues with installed equipment.
* Develop strong working relationships with customers.
* Schedule and prioritize service visits among the global team.
* Prepare reports on service calls and expenses.
* Develop and maintain product documentation, training materials, and customer training courses.

Requirements:
* 1+ year experience in a field service role.
* Professional with excellent communication skills.
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Familiarity with CAD software.
* Strong mechanical and/or CAD skills.
