We are looking for a full-time Switchboard Operator to join our team This role would involve working shifts both weekends and during the week and the working hours are 10:00 to 18:30. Main Responsibilities: Answer the switchboard in a warm and welcoming manner, effectively transferring calls. Have a full knowledge of all hotel facilities and opening hours. Monitor and update the hotel's call back system with accurate information. Assist with administration tasks. What are we looking for? Exceptional customer service and communication skills Excellent telephone manner Good attention to detail Be able to work on your own initiative & cope well under pressure Previous work experience in a similar role or as a Receptionist would be an advantage, but not essential.
