Position:- Office Administrator (1 vacancy)Project Office dutiesPayroll - Thesaurus -transacting weekly payroll via new PAYE Modernisation systemTransacting EFT weekly payroll to BankTransacting EFT payments to suppliersAccounts - setting up new suppliers/recording of weekly payroll/payments i.e materials/training etc recording remittance payments/Revenue quarterly returns/bank reconciliation/materials & training breakdownPreparing Payments & Income Book for each monthPreparing Aws monthly wage and materials claims via welfare partners systemPreparing & submission of Revenue Quarterly ReturnsAttendance records - calculating each monthly cycle of attendance records/doing a monthly calculation for workersPreparing & cross-checking end of year accounts for AccountantsDuration of post:-1 year subject to 3 years.Hours per week:-19.5 hoursEligibility Criteria:Eligibility to participate on Community Employment is generally linked to those who are 21years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more.Eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.
