Responsibilities

:
1. Serve as the subject matter expert on Customer IAM related policies, standards, and technical standards.
2. Maintain a deep understanding of industry best practices and emerging trends in CIAM.
3. Manage the review and approval process for policy and standard changes, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.
4. Document andmunicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
5. Act as a liaison between business and IT teams on CIAM matters to ensure solutions meet standards.
6. Support the CIAM working group in preparing meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
7. Track working group participation and document meeting minutes including any votes and action items.
8. Prepare meeting results and rmendations for referral to the IAMernance Council.
9. Present CIAM related topics to business and other forums, including senior management.
10. Work to implement changes directed by the IAMernance Council.
11. Supervisepilation of monthly enterprise Key Control Indicators associated with department CIAM functions
Preferred Qualifications:
12. Deep understanding of IAM principles and technologies.
13. Knowlege of Customer IAM processes in procedures in one or more business model
14. Proven ability to lead and influence stakeholders with excellentmunication and presentation skills.
15. Experience with metric creation and analysis.
16. Strong knowledge of CIAM platforms and tools.
17. Relevant certifications are a plus.
Required Qualifications:
18. Bachelor's degree in related technical and/or business field
19. 8-10 years extensive experience in IAM functions or platforms
20. Strongmunication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively consult and influence stakeholders.
21. Ability to perform data analysis and reporting.
