Job Title: Project Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. This is a key role that involves coordinating the planning, programming, and construction activities for various projects.
This role will involve supporting the project management team in defining the current programme position, developing tracking schedules, and ensuring the production of programmes by subcontractors.
* Support the project management team in weekly/monthly review of programmes, outputs and phasing.
* Develop and maintain accurate project schedules and timelines.
* Coordinate with senior planners to ensure all aspects of design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover are fully logic linked and have a critical path.
* Assist in the development of construction methodologies to effectively demonstrate construction techniques and sequencing for safe project delivery.
The ideal candidate should have:
* 5+ years of experience in construction management.
* Experience using project frame dashboard.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good IT skills.
* Knowledge and understanding of industry best practices.
* A relevant degree or diploma in construction management.
* Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
* Understanding of JCT and NEC forms of contract.
