Leadership Opportunity in Disability Services
Cpl Healthcare seeks a visionary Regional Director to spearhead a multidisciplinary team delivering exceptional care and support services for children and adults with disabilities.
* Lead a team of professionals including social care workers, nurses, and healthcare assistants supported by psychologists, behavioural therapists, occupational therapists, and speech and language therapists.
* Foster a culture of continuous quality improvement, setting benchmarks, and implementing best practices to drive excellence in service delivery.
* Regularly review service outcomes to enhance user satisfaction and ensure high-quality care is consistently provided.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
• Honours degree in social care, healthcare, or equivalent.
• Registered as a Social Care Worker with CORU.
• Minimum 4 years' senior management experience; additional management qualification desirable.
• Proven track record of managing teams of staff at a regional level.
• Experience in the disability sector, including residential care.
• Service set-up experience and communication with HSE CHO personnel highly desirable.
• Strategic, proactive, independent, and competent in combining daily challenges.
