Salesforce Senior IT Specialist
Overview
The University of Limerick is implementing Salesforce CRM to build stronger relationships with students by managing interactions and data throughout their journey, from first enquiry to graduation and beyond.
The Salesforce Senior IT Specialist will provide technical leadership and ownership for the implementation, adoption and support of the CRM during the University's transition from incumbent systems to Salesforce.
The role will ensure CRM capabilities are fully available and utilized, enabling a seamless applicant journey, improved data flow, and enhanced decision-making.
After the project is complete, the role will be responsible for the technical management of the system, ensuring it is kept up to date, key changes and improvements are communicated and the business teams are supported in driving adoption and achieving process goals.

Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and ownership for the implementation, adoption and ongoing support of the Salesforce CRM system during the University's transition from incumbent systems to Salesforce.
Work with the project team to ensure CRM capabilities are fully available and utilized across the University, enabling an effective applicant journey, improved data flow and informed decision-making.
Take responsibility for the technical management of the system post-implementation, ensuring it is kept up to date, that key changes are communicated, and that business teams are supported in driving adoption and achieving process goals.
