We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Agent to join our team. This is a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months, based in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities
* Create exceptional customer experiences by maximising sales and service opportunities.
* Assist in queue management at Dublin Airport Terminals and off-site locations to ensure smooth customer interactions.
* Provide top-notch customer service in all contact situations.
* Handle telephone and email inquiries with professionalism and confidence.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A full clean B driving license (held for a minimum of 2 years is an advantage).
* Excellent phone handling and communication skills.
* Experience in customer interactions in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
* Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
