Product Designer, Netting (Dublin, Hybrid)
Job Summary
GTreasury empowers CFOs and treasurers with the clarity to act — delivering connected, intelligent solutions for cash forecasting, liquidity management, payments, netting and risk.
As a Product Designer for GTreasury you'll play a key role in evolving our design system, features and product experiences — championing user-centered thinking, system-level design, and measurable business impact.
You'll partner closely with product management, engineering, and customer-facing teams to shape product strategy and drive innovation across our platform.
This role is ideal for a product designer who solves complex problems through UX research and usability testing in cross-functional environments.
You'll conduct user interviews, usability studies, and competitive analyses, then validate solutions through iterative testing to drive product-led growth.
What We're Looking For:
A relentless focus on outcomes, not outputs.
You think beyond UI to how design drives customer and business success.
Comfort navigating ambiguity.
You excel at framing complex problems and uncovering opportunities that aren't immediately obvious.
Deep partnership orientation.
You thrive in cross-functional teams, acting as a co-creator with Product and Engineering, not just a service function.
A systems-level perspective.
You design for scale, coherence, and reusability across user journeys, not isolated screens.
A belief that great design is great product strategy.
You see design as a driver of differentiation, not just usability.
What You Will Do:
Contribute to Consistency: Support the evolution of our design system to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability across the GTreasury platform.
Prototype New Features: Create interactive prototypes to explore and communicate design solutions for new product features and enhancements.
Advocate for User Needs: Leverage user research and data to understand users, translating insights into design decisions that drive impact.
Support Product Thinking: Participate as a design voice in cross-functional product discovery and strategy discussions, helping align outcomes and drive customer value.
Contribute to Design Operations: Help implement tools, processes, and rituals that enable repeatable, high-quality design practice across multiple product solution pods.
Collaborate Deeply: Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer teams to deliver cohesive experiences that span touchpoints.

Preferred Skills:
Treasury or corporate finance experience — maybe you've worked in the domain before, have a professional background in finance, or spent meaningful time in cross-border payments.
Experience designing data-heavy interfaces, dashboards, reporting tools, or analytics platforms.
Familiarity with netting, FX, hedging, or banking systems.
You've contributed to design systems or worked on platform-level design at scale.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field required; Master's degree nice to have.
Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
What You Will Get:
Great benefits, culture, and the ability to work remotely
A high impact, high visibility role at a growing SaaS company that values personal growth, accountability, and the concept of "good work."
