Job Title: Global Bank Administration Assistant Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Bank Administration Assistant Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the workload and deliverables of a small team, ensuring that all team applications/trackers/mailboxes are maintained to a high standard and in line with agreed SLA's and timelines.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining Core data within Kyriba TMS, monitoring and capturing quality related metrics, and managing/signatories on accounts, setting up, amending and obtaining information of services on accounts (e.g. MT101, Swift reporting, Electronic Banking users, entitlements & activity).
This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a proven background interacting and driving engagement with senior management and internal/external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a Corporate Treasury/Cash Management/Bank Administration environment or similar, with previous Supervisor/Manager experience an advantage.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in corporate treasury/cash management/bank administration or similar
* Previous supervisor/manager experience
* Understanding of constitutive and other bank administration documents
* Familiarity with payments and reporting (Swift messaging types and formats)
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a varied workload
* Strong communication skills
