Moxy Dublin Docklands is gearing up for launchand were on the lookout for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager whos equal parts leader, innovator, and hospitality enthusiast. Youll lead the F&B crew in shaping a vibrant, guest-focused experience across our bar, breakfast, and grab-and-go outlets. What Youll Do Assist in managing daily F&B operations with energy and efficiency. Lead, coach, and inspire the F&B crew to deliver standout service with personality. Uphold Moxy brand standardsfun, fresh, and flawlessly executed. Oversee stock control, ordering, and cost management. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members. Collaborate with kitchen and front office teams to ensure seamless service. Handle guest feedback with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset. Lead by example to ensure continuity and leadership. Health & Safety Responsibilities Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations. Maintain accurate records (cleaning schedules, temperature logs, allergen controls). Champion a culture of safety and cleanliness across all F&B areas. Customer Care Focus Deliver warm, engaging service that reflects the Moxy spirit. Anticipate guest needs and personalise the experience. Resolve complaints with empathy and efficiency. Keep the vibe upbeatwhether its wake-up coffee or late-night cocktails. What Were Looking For 2+ years experience in a supervisory or assistant management F&B role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction. Experience in pre-opening/newly opened environments is a plus.
