Job Opportunity
The Facilities Management Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operational management of facilities services on-site.
1. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations regarding site services.
2. Monitor staffing levels and ensure staff are properly trained and motivated to perform their duties.
3. Coordinate all external contractors working within the facilities scope.
4. Manage and oversee the completion of work orders and preventative maintenance tasks in a timely and safe manner.
5. Provide constructive feedback to contractors on their performance.
6. Maintain service level agreements and communicate with customers as necessary.
7. Procure quotes and place purchase orders in a timely manner.
8. Report on quality standards and participate in audits to ensure adherence to best practices.
This role requires a strong understanding of safety protocols and customer service standards. The ideal candidate should possess 3-5 years of experience in building services or contractor coordination, excellent communication skills and leadership abilities.
