Role Overview:
We're looking for a motivated and design-driven Interior Design Sales Consultant to join our team.
This role is perfect for someone with an interior design background who enjoys working directly with clients in a retail and project-based setting.
Consultations are both showroom-based and on-site for larger projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet clients in the showroom to understand their project needs
Conduct on-site visits to assess spaces and provide tailored lighting advice
Create lighting proposals and mood boards to support customer decision-making
Manage the full consultation process from initial enquiry through to order and follow-up
Maintain showroom presentation and assist with styling displays
Keep up-to-date with lighting trends and new product ranges
Collaborate with the team on marketing campaigns and promotional events
What We're Looking For:
Background in interior design, architecture, or similar (qualification or relevant experience)
Strong visual and spatial awareness
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using basic design tools and apps (e.g. Canva, Google Drive)
Self-motivated and organised
Available full-time or part-time (flexible hours available)
Full driving licence (essential for site visits)
Nice to Have (Not Essential):
Experience in lighting, furniture, or interiors retail
Familiarity with design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
