Job Title: Experienced HR Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading human resources operations, including managing the employee lifecycle and ensuring compliance with employment standards. They will oversee recruitment processes, handle employee relations matters, and coordinate training and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full employee lifecycle to ensure all HR requirements meet Irish employment standards
* Recruit employees in partnership with department heads to maintain a skilled workforce
3+ years' experience in HR Management or senior role; Hospitality industry preferred. Strong knowledge of Irish employment law is required. Excellent interpersonal skills are also necessary.
