This role is responsible for leading a team to reach their full potential by coaching, supporting, and recognising achievements. The Colleague Manager/Department Manager will drive sales growth and profitability within the store while being responsible for both operational and people leadership activity.
The successful candidate will have strong people management skills, the ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to interpret sales data and drive performance.
Key Responsibilities:

* Proven experience managing high-volume retail operations in Fashion or Home retailing
