Lead Kitchen Operations Manager We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to lead our kitchen operations at a prestigious luxury destination in Ireland.
This is a fixed-term maternity cover position, offering the opportunity to take on a senior leadership role within one of Ireland's most iconic destinations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day culinary operations, while supporting and overseeing standards across the wider kitchen operation when required.
They will work closely with the Executive Head Chef and play a key role in supporting their vision for classic ingredient-led cooking.
