Location: SOLARIS ORGANIC SPECIALITY TEA, Unit 1-3, Sccul Ent, Castlepark Rd, Bally, Co. Galway, H91 RW08
Eligibility: 21 years or older and in receipt of qualifying social welfare for 1 year or more, or 18 years or older for certain disadvantaged groups. Verification by Department required.

Applicants should supply suitable character references and complete a Garda vetting application form.
Duties
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. The aim of this programme is to provide you with the skills and competencies required to work as part of a team on a range of environmental projects.
Preparation of seed beds for flowers and shrubs.
Trimming and maintaining shrubbery.
Application of pesticides at particular times of the year (training and licensing required; only trained and licensed individuals may perform this task).
Painting, furniture movement, and paving.
As this is a developmental role, the candidate will receive both in-house and external training opportunities to develop skills and acquire qualifications and competencies that will assist them in attaining a full-time position in the future. The role also lays groundwork for those who may wish to pursue future qualifications in the building or horticultural industries.
