Quality Assurance Specialist
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality excellence across operations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product and process performance meets the highest standards.
* Approve non-conforming builds and participate in root cause analysis activities.
* Develop and enhance manufacturing processes for existing and new products.
* Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for process quality and perform trend analysis.
* Support the execution and analysis of quality assurance tests.
* Advocate for human factors practices and develop a deep understanding of risk management concepts.
* Masters or Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a related field.
* Previous industry experience is desirable, particularly in medical device development.
* Familiarity with ISO 13485, GDP, GMP concepts is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and high proficiency in PC software.
* Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong relationships built on open communication, respect, and trust.
* Excellent English language skills (oral and written).
