About Your New Job:
An experienced Legal Executive is required to join a busy and well-established practice. This role would suit a proactive legal executive who enjoys variety and is comfortable managing files across multiple practice areas.
The successful candidate will work closely with solicitors and support the delivery of legal services across a broad range of matters. Experience in any of the firm's core practice areas will be considered.
What You Will Do:
* Support solicitors across a varied caseload, including one or more of:
* Litigation
* Conveyancing (residential and/or commercial)
* Probate
* Commercial matters
* Manage files and assist with matters from instruction to completion
* Draft correspondence, contracts and legal documentation
* Liaise with clients, counsel, court offices and third parties
* Assist with court filings, deadlines and procedural requirements
* Maintain accurate case files and records
* Deliver a high standard of client care in a busy practice environment
Who You Are:
* A qualified or experienced Legal Executive
* Experience in one or more of Litigation, Conveyancing, Probate or Commercial law
* Well-organised with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable managing multiple files and competing deadlines
* Confident communicator with a professional and client-focused approach
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Positive, flexible and keen to develop within a legal practice
