As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be working in an Inpatient Mental Health Service, providing psychological services to patients and contributing to the development of person-centred plans. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, promoting and delivering services within our company ethos and philosophy.
Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, implementing treatment programmes, managing behaviour, making diagnoses and contributing to statistical records and service reports. A key aspect of this role is maintaining professional standards while monitoring developments in psychology and early intervention through training courses and research participation.
Possessing a recognised post-graduate qualification in clinical psychology is essential for this position. Candidates must also meet registration requirements with the Psychological Society of Ireland. Experience working in secure care settings, particularly with mental disorders or intellectual disabilities is highly valued.
