We are seeking an accomplished Store Operations Manager to join our client's team in Co. Kerry.
This role will involve assisting the store manager with the overall running and operation of the store, focusing on plumbing and heating while maintaining a strong customer service approach.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the store manager in daily operations and lead the team to deliver excellent customer service.
* Manage the plumbing, heating and renewable energy departments, ensuring stock control and rotation are maintained.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet targets.
* Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and ensure seamless store operations.
Requirements
* 3-5 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of plumbing, heating and renewable energy, with hardware and building materials retail background an advantage.
* Proven leadership skills, with ability to manage a team and develop staff.
* Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
