The UnitManager in Wowburger plays an important part in the Wowburger team. The role is a hands-on role and you are expected to perform as part of the team while overseeing the running of the venue. An integral part of this role is to ensure budgets are being achieved, food and hygiene standards remain high and control of staff in venue. All Unit Managers are expected: To offer great customer service with a smile when working To be punctual and presentable all the time To be a hands-on team member To follow cash handling procedures Ensure that all staff are following the standard set out for portioning, recipes and cooking methods for Wowburger To ensure that cleaning rosters are followed through on Ensure standards of hygiene and cleanliness is maintained throughout the unit To work with the team to help organize stock and equipment, order supplies and oversee building maintenance and cleanliness in the unit in a hands-on approach at all time Make sure any customer complaints and queries are handled in a professional and timely manner Ensure equipment is constantly kept clean and maintained to a high standard by constant inspection To work alongside the kitchen and floor team to ensure the unit always works together To understand all areas of HACCP and books are being completed Eclective at it's core: Be Yourself, Always At Eclective, were all about being authentic.
