Our client, a retail/wholesale business in Rathcormac, Co. Cork, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role in a dynamic, fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise & Support: Assist the warehouse manager and take charge of the team when necessary.
* Warehouse Operations: Participate in all aspects of warehouse activities, including manual handling, loading/unloading deliveries, order picking, and printing customer invoices.
* Health & Safety: Ensure the highest standards of health and safety are maintained at all times.
* Adaptability: Be flexible to adjust working hours to meet business needs.
What You Bring:
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within a warehouse environment.
* Logistics Knowledge: A strong understanding of Irish geography and logistics operations.
* Licenses & Certifications: A valid B driver's license, forklift license, and manual handling certification.
* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English proficiency.
