Digital Project Manager
Salary: €75,000 - 90,000

My client is hiring an experienced Digital Project Manager to support the delivery of technology solutions within a highly regulated production environment. This role is suited to someone with strong project management fundamentals and a background in implementing digital systems that support manufacturing and operational workflows.
Responsibilities
1. Lead the planning and delivery of digital projects across multiple system areas, including execution systems, material tracking and analytics platforms
2. Build a strong understanding of manufacturing processes to support accurate project scoping and execution
3. Manage project timelines, budgets, risks and resources across concurrent workstreams
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of priorities and technical requirements
5. Engage with stakeholders to clarify needs, define objectives and maintain project visibility
6. Coordinate project activities around operational schedules and planned downtime
7. Support change management activities, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems
8. Provide regular progress updates to internal teams and senior stakeholders
9. Facilitate daily stand-ups and ongoing support meetings
10. Ensure all project documentation meets regulatory, validation and data integrity standards
11. Assist in onboarding new team members into the existing delivery framework
Requirements
12. Degree in IT, engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
13. Minimum 8 years of project management experience in a regulated production or automation-focused environment
14. Strong understanding of compliance, validation and data integrity requirements
15. Proven ability to deliver technology projects supporting manufacturing or operational teams
16. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
17. High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
18. Proactive approach to identifying issues and driving improvements
