Job Description:
The successful candidate will manage a dynamic and challenging 24/7 respite services for children and adults, and early years services. They will provide effective management support to our team of residential supervisors.
* A relevant third level qualification in the area of Health/Social Care is required, with registration or progress towards it.
* Third Level Management Qualification and excellent knowledge of HIQA standards and relevant legislation are essential.
* Excellent communication skills are required, as this role involves coordination with many stakeholders.
* A proven track record in delivering Person-Centred systems services and supports is necessary.
* Previous relevant experience of working with children and adults with an intellectual disability is required.
* A minimum of three years management experience and excellent people management and leadership skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a person centred, dynamic and challenging 24/7 respite services for children and adults, and early years services. They will also provide effective management support to our team of residential supervisors.

The successful candidate will require a relevant third level qualification in the area of Health/Social Care, CORU registration or progress towards it, Third Level Management Qualification, excellent knowledge and understanding of HIQA standards and relevant legislation, excellent communication skills, a proven track record in delivering Person-Centred systems services and supports, previous relevant experience of working with children and adults with an intellectual disability, a minimum of three years management experience, excellent people management and leadership skills.
