We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Client Services Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service and support. This position is ideal for early-career professionals who are passionate about client relationship management, process optimization, and working in a collaborative, remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely responses and support.
* Coordinate and manage client requests, ensuring the efficient resolution of issues.
* Assist in onboarding new clients and ensure they are set up for success.
* Maintain and update client records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
* Monitor client feedback and work with internal teams to improve processes and services.
* Prepare and send client-facing documentation, reports, and presentations.
* Collaborate with sales, account management, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
* Assist with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations of the client services team.
Requirements:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, or similar tools.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
* A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
* Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
* Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
