Senior Cost Manager – Real Estate
Turner & Townsend is currently recruiting for a Cost Manager within our Real Estate team to work with a variety of clients across iconic projects in the Dublin area.
We're looking for individuals with a keen interest in construction, whether from a main contracting or consulting background, who possess an outgoing and collaborative approach to help guide contractor and client through the process on a number of flagship projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting on feasibility studies and writing procurement reports
Estimating and cost‑planning, including producing and presenting the final cost plan
Tendering and procuring, managing the pre‑qualification stage
Managing post‑contract cost variances and change control processes
Producing monthly post‑contract cost reports and presenting them to the client
Valuating larger projects, ensuring timely and accurate cost checks and valuations
Inputting into value engineering
Negotiating and agreeing final accounts
Interfacing with the client and other consultants at all project
Qualifications
A proven track record of delivering high‑quality cost management / quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle
Professionally qualified (RICS or similar) preferred
Degree or HNC level qualification
