Key Responsibilities
* Provide person-centred nursing care to residents in line with best practices and NMBI standards.
* Monitor and assess residents' health, administer medications, and manage care plans.
* Support residents with daily living activities as needed.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including care assistants, therapists, and doctors.
* Ensure adherence to infection control, health, and safety standards.
* Communicate effectively with residents' families and provide updates on health and wellbeing.
* Participate in training and professional development programs.
Requirements
* NMBI Registration (PIN or in process).
* Recognised Nursing Qualification (RGN preferred).
* Experience in a Residential Care or Elderly Care setting is highly desirable.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
