We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to drive the successful deployment of our HR platform for new clients.The Implementation Specialist will be the primary day-to-day contact for our clients, responsible for the hands-on configuration and delivery of the HR Duo platform. This role requires a blend of technical aptitude, project management skills, and strong client service.What we offer:Be part of a fast-growing HR tech company with a mission that matters.Career growth in a company that values innovation and customer-focused solutions.Opportunity to work and grow in the implementation team.A supportive, collaborative, and ambitious team culture.The opportunity to work flexibly, with hybrid options available.A competitive salaryCompany Sick Pay SchemeCompany pension.Key Responsibilities and Duties:Lead the implementation process for a portfolio of clients from project kick-off to successful go-live.Gather and document client business requirements, translating them into system configurations.Configure the HR Duo platform to meet client-specific needs, including workflows, user roles, and integrations.Conduct client training sessions to ensure user adoption and proficiency.Manage project timelines, communicate progress, and address client questions and concerns throughout the implementation.Collaborate with Systems and Product teams to ensure a smooth migration and implementationKey Skills and Competencies:2+ years of proven experience in a software implementation, technical project management, or a similar dedicated client-facing role.A solid foundational understanding of core HR processes.Strong analytical skills with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical requirements.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; you must be comfortable leading conversations and training sessions.Prior experience working with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) or other SAAS products is critical.
