We are currently seeking to a Lead E&I Superintendent to join our client, a leading EPCM firm to work on a major Life Science project in Cork. Preference for a contract hire with a 24 month contract on offer with a strong hourly rate.

Responsibilities
8. To ensure that the Health, Safety, Environment, Security (HSES) and Quality Policies are implemented and understood by all supervised staff and project contractors.
9. To communicate the construction requirements to all contractors and direct reports.
10. To control and co-ordinate the work of the contractors and to ensure compliance and conformance with the safety plan, quality plan as well as contract and client requirements.
11. Ensure that all personnel on site are instructed and motivated with respect to health, safety and environmental requirements and comply with the site regulations and permit to work procedures.
12. Ensure all construction contractors', supervision and labour adhere strictly to the project drawings, specifications, standards and procedures.
13. By management and guidance of supervision, ensure site productivity and efficiency result in meeting contract targets.
Requirements
14. Experience of managing large-scale E&I packages within the bio-tech / pharma sector is essential
15. 5+ years' experience in a similar role is preferred
16. Excellent communication skills, people skills and experience preparing and reporting on key project information
