Job Title: Site Development Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our site operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Main Responsibilities:
• Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of plans, drawings, and quantities to ensure accuracy of calculations;
• Project Coordination: Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to manage project progress and resolve any issues that may arise;
• Setting Out: Use Total Station and GPS equipment to accurately set out construction sites;
• Safety Management: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement measures to maintain a safe working environment;
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to site teams, key stakeholders, and partners on project progress and highlight any potential risks or issues;
Requirements:
• Degree qualified in Engineering (Civil/Structural);
• Significant experience as a Site Engineer with either a Developer and/or Main Contractor;
• Strong setting out experience using equipment such as Total Station and GPS;
• Full clean, manual driver's licence is essential;
• Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment;
• Strong attention to detail;
