Job Title: Facilities Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
* Cleaning and Maintenance: Complete daily cleaning checks, log on spreadsheet and liaise with the cleaning supervisor. Ensure all areas are clean and tidy, and address any issues promptly.
* Aircon Monitoring: Regularly monitor aircon units, action requests and arrange callouts when necessary to maintain a comfortable working environment.
* Stationary Management: Monitor stationary levels, restock rooms, maintain core levels in WPS and place monthly orders to ensure sufficient supplies.
* Ad Hoc Duties: Perform various tasks as required, including cuttinglery, counters, spillages, furniture checks, storeroom checks, building signage review, plant & switch room checks, exterior building checks, vending machine monitoring and gym equipment maintenance.
